Tai Chi Shibashi Qigong is a gentle, flowing exercise system that combines movements from Tai Chi with the breathing and energy cultivation principles of Qigong.
The term Shibashi means “18 movements,” referring to a set of 18 graceful, slow, and rhythmic exercises designed to harmonise the body, mind, and breath.
Each movement flows smoothly into the next, promoting relaxation, balance, and mindfulness. It’s suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels and can be practiced standing or seated.
