Bootcamp fitness is an energetic and dynamic way to get stuck into functional training, which is fun but challenging.
With a mix up of techniques and programme styles such as circuits, intervals, relays; using just body weight or weights and equipment. Bootcamp always gives you something a little bit different and enjoyable.
With bootcamp you can improve your fitness and endurance as well as strength.
Classes are only available for ages 16+
We have a great coach, who is always on hand to assist and guide through each programme, which makes it suitable for all abilities.
We like to take the class outside on the field on the spring summer months to make the most of the weather and it is inside udring the darker nights in the winter.
