A body conditioning class that provides a whole body workout.

With an equal focus on strengthening exercises, aerobic exercise and endurance. This class Involves floor work on exercise mats, with the use of either free weights, resistance bands, Pilates balls or steps.  

With a highly skilled coach, class dynamics will adapt to the attendees. From high-impact, high-energy workout sessions that aim to challenge to a stable more focused energy on movement and strengthening techniques. 


Classes are only available for ages 16+
