This is cardiovascular training on a stationary exercise bike. You have complete control of your bike and it’s resistance that you can turn up or down for sprints, hill climbs, and interval training.

The instructor will guide you.

This class will help increase lower body strength and improve your overall fitness.

All fitness abilities welcome.
